Formuler 4K AV1 RTD1319 Android Media Streamer We had to wait a bit for the new Formuler Android-based 4K streaming player, but it was worth it. The new Formuler Z10 Pro is a great Android IPTV box that supports 4K AV1 decoding with a Realtek chipset. Unlike competing TV boxes (e.g. MECOOL, UGOOS), the heart of the Z10 Pro Max is not the Amlogic S905X4 SoC, but the Realtek RTD1319 chipset.
